TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing or using www.playpso.net (the "Site") and affiliated services (the "Services") that belong to Destiny PSOBB Server ("Destiny PSOBB"),you (the "User") agree to comply with the terms and conditions governing the User's use of any areas of the Site and affiliated services as set forth below.

1. USING THE SITE AND SERVICES
This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose except as expressly permitted by Destiny PSOBB. Destiny PSOBB reserves the right to refuse service in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Destiny PSOBB believes that User conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Destiny PSOBB or its affiliates. The Services offered by Destiny PSOBB include registering an account and browsing the web site. Usage also includes downloading and using the files we offer and host on this Site, connecting to the server network, and taking part in the community.
2. CONDITIONS OF THE USER
By using this Service the user complies to have fulfilled a series of conditions listed below, if not then the user is forbidden to use any service the website offers.
2.1 The user has legally purchased the Phantasy Star Online original game. If you did NOT purchase the game, you can NOT use the Service.
2.3 The user is in no way associated with SEGA or Sonic Team. This includes being currently employed at any of the beforenamed companies. If you do have or have had any connection with SEGA or Sonic Team, you may NOT use the Service.
2.4 The user is not playing any retail Phantasy Star Online games at the same time as playing or using Destiny PSOBB. It might be against SEGA's TOS and we respect those. If you DO play any retail Phantasy Star Online game, you may NOT use the service.
2.5 The user understands and agrees that Destiny PSOBB can break the relationship between the user and the service at any time.
3. DESTINY PSOBB ACCOUNT
If all of the above conditions are met, you may register an account and password for the service for free. You are responsible for all activity under your account, associated accounts and passwords. Destiny PSOBB is NOT responsible for unauthorized access to your account, or any loss of virtual goods and commodities associated with it.
4. ACCESS TO THE SITE AND THE SERVICES
Destiny PSOBB provides free and unlimited access to the Site and the Services.
5. SUBMISSION
Destiny PSOBB does not assume any obligation with respect to any Submission and no confidential or fiduciary understanding or relationship is established by the Site's receipt or acceptance of any submission. All submissions become the exclusive property of the Site and its affiliates. The Site and its affiliates may use any submission without restriction and the User shall not be entitled to any compensation.
6. VERIFICATION
THE USER MAY BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A VERIFICATION PROCEDURE INCLUDING, AND NOT LIMITED TO, SUBMISSION OF NECESSARY INFORMATION AND/OR DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE LEGITIMACY OF ANY PAYMENTS OR DONATIONS SHOULD WE CONSIDER ANY PAYMENT OR DONATION SUSPICIOUS. ACCOUNTS UNDERGOING VERIFICATION PROCEDURE REMAIN DISABLED UNTIL VERIFICATION PROCEDURE IS COMPLETE. SUBMITTED INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO OUR AFFILIATES IN OUR MUTUAL EFFORTS TO PREVENT UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS/DONATIONS. REQUESTED INFORMATION IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL/FAX/ONLINE FORM AND MAY INCLUDE VERIFICATION OF THE USER'S IDENTITY.

Destiny PSOBB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time to charge fees for access to and use of the Service, or any portions of the Service. If Destiny PSOBB elects to charge fees, it will of course post notice on the Service of all provisions pertaining to fees and payments.
